Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Service" – the MysticX website (mysticx.vip) along with its entire technical infrastructure, offering digital content (video, audio) in streaming or online access form.
• "Administrator / Seller" – MysticX, contact: contact@mysticx.vip.
• "User / Customer" – a person who is at least 18 years old, has accepted these Terms, made payment, and received access to content.
• "Content" – video or audio materials offered by the Service, provided in streaming form or as access links, not as downloadable files.
• "License / Access" – the user's right to play/listen to Content under conditions specified by the Administrator; the license does not authorize further distribution, copying, or sharing.
• "Payment" – a form of payment accepted by the Service (e.g., crypto, BLIK, or other) for access activation.

2. Age and Content Accessibility

Content is of erotic/NSFW nature – the user is responsible for the legality of access in their jurisdiction.

By entering the website and making a purchase, the User confirms that:

• They are at least 18 years old
• They accept the nature of the content (erotic/NSFW)
• Access to such content is legal in their country/region

3. Form and Scope of Service

• Content is delivered exclusively in streaming form or as access links; it is not available for download as files.
• The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Content within the Service.
• The license is access-based: the license may be time-limited (standard 365 days) or subject to other conditions — details are indicated at purchase.
• Access is provided through unique links/tokens sent via Telegram bot after payment confirmation.

4. Payments and Prices

• Prices and available payment methods are clearly indicated before payment.
• Accepted payment methods: BLIK (via Telegram), Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, TON via Crypto Pay)
• Payments are processed by external operators — the Administrator does not process credit card data.
• After payment and activation, access/license to Content is granted.

5. Refunds, Complaints, and Content Liability

In case of delivery defects (e.g., non-working link, faulty streaming, technical problems), the user has the right to file a complaint within 48 hours of purchase. In such cases, the Administrator will attempt to restore access or — if impossible — offer compensation or refund.

The Administrator is not liable for lack of access due to independent causes (e.g., internet connection problems, VPN, geographical restrictions, technical problems on the user's side).

6. Prohibitions and License Restrictions

The User MAY NOT:

• Copy, download, or record Content
• Distribute, sell, or share Content with third parties
• Share access links with other people
• Use tools for downloading/recording streaming

The User agrees to maintain privacy and not share data or streaming identifiers.

7. Age, Consent, and User Responsibility

• The User declares that they are at least 18 years old and are aware of the nature of the content.
• The User is responsible for compliance with the law in their country; the Administrator is not responsible for use of Content contrary to the law.
• Acceptance of terms and age confirmation are required before each purchase.

8. Copyright Protection

• All copyrights and related rights to Content belong to the Administrator or licensor.
• The license granted to the User does not transfer copyrights — only access rights.
• All copyright infringements will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable law.

9. Terms Changes and Versioning

• The Administrator reserves the right to change these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication.
• Versions of the Terms will be archived — the user always accepts the current version at purchase.
• Users will be informed of significant changes on the Service homepage.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and agreement are subject to Polish law and EU law (regarding digital content directives).
• Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator's registered office.
